Frequently asked questions
Should I include the check digit?
Either provide 12 digits for EAN-13 or 11 for UPC-A and let the tool calculate it, or supply the full code with a valid check digit.
Why are letters rejected for UPC-A?
UPC-A is numeric. Use Code 128 for supported alphanumeric inventory labels.
